About Us
Lakeside Cafe at Tilgate Park is an independent, family ran cafe who have been a staple for walkers and visitors to Tilgate Park for four years, providing the freshest food and coffee in the quickest time possible.
We are situated on the far western corner of the lake beside the rear car park and Tilgate Golf Centre. Unlike our neighboursin the park, our cafe aims to deliver quality food on the go and exceptional hot drinks that you can explore the park with. We have a small selection of picnic benches for you to sit at and enjoy the view from (weather permitting) and we welcome pre-orders and feedback.
We sell more hot chocolate than anything else!
We seem to sell more hot chocolate than anything else! Our hot chocolates are something special. Milk blended with dark chocolate, velvetised until its soft and creamy! This makes it a warming and delicious drink without the sweetness of powder and other commercial hot chocolate drinks.
Our hot chocolates take a little bit of time and are made with love and care! That is what makes them so special. Come and try one today!
